Adam Neal is Canadian head of sales and relationship management at Manulife Asset Management. for Lee Munder
Capital Group. Earlier in his career, he was a principal with Boston Partners

Christopher Conkey, CFA, is the global chief investment officer of Manulife Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for the investment performance of all Manulife Asset Management equity, fixed income and asset allocation strategies.Chris is a member of the Manulife Asset Management Executive Committee and brings 31 years of investment management experience to his role. Before joining Manulife, he was chief investment officer of Evergreen Investment Management Company, where he had overall management responsibility for $180 billion in assets. He was also the chair of the Investment Strategy Committee, and led several distinct teams in managing fixed income, equity and alternatives strategies.Prior to his role as CIO, Chris spent three years as Evergreen's equity chief investment officer, following a merger between Keystone Investments and Evergreen. He spent 13 years at Keystone, where he held several investment management positions, culminating with the role of president and chief investment officer. Claude Chene is the global head of distribution at Manulife Asset Management. He is responsible for the vision, strategy and oversight of all sales and relationship management activity for Manulife Asset Management on a global basis. Before joining Manulife, Mr. Chene spent almost three years as global head of distribution and board member for Ignis Fund Managers in London. Prior to that, he served for 13 years at Alliance Bernstein in a number of roles in New York and London, including, in London, as chief executive officer, Europe, and Head of Institutional Sales. Before that, he was vice president, European Asset Management Sales with UBS Asset Management in New York. Frank Saeli is the head of distribution, US & Latin America, for Manulife Asset Management. He is responsible for building and executing new business development and client management strategies. In addition to overseeing Manulife’s distribution teams in the US and Latin America, Frank also has a global sales leadership role focused on ensuring best practices and common standards of excellence in each of the company’s geographies. Frank is a member of Manulife's Distribution Global Leadership Team and the Product Steering Committee. Before joining the organization in 2008, Frank was a vice president and principal at State Street Global Advisors, responsible for institutional sales and relationship management. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Boston Partners Asset Management where he was a partner and managing director focused on institutional sales and client service in the US and Canada. Based in Hong Kong, James is Head of Institutional Business and Relationship Management, Asia for Manulife Wealth and Asset Management. He is responsible for overall leadership of the company’s institutional sales teams in Asia including Japan, expanding the company’s institutional business in Asia and for cultivating long-term relationships with top-tier institutional clients. James also oversees the product management, consultant relations, relationship management and sales administration teams within Asia.
James has over 20 years of asset management industry experience. Before joining Manulife Asset Management, he was Managing Director of Vision Investment Management, an Asian alternative asset manager. His duties included asset gathering and establishing global distribution relationships. His clients included Asian, US and European pension plans, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Prior to Vision, James was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Vice President at Scudder Kemper Investments. James started his career with Jardine Fleming Unit Trusts in Hong Kong in 1993.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. James also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jeffrey Santerre, CAIA, is a senior managing director and

Marco Zanuso, CAIA, is a managing director and the head of distribution, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) ex-UK, for Manulife Asset Management. Marco is responsible for leading Manulife’s business growth efforts in the EMEA ex-UK region, and he oversees a team of distribution specialists building business relationships with institutional and wholesale investors. Previously, he was the head of business development, EMEA, at Sandell Asset Management. Marco brings 19 years of sales and product development experience in both traditional and alternatives investments, including senior roles at FRM (Man Group), SEI Investments and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Martin Powis is the head of institutional sales and relationship management, UK & Ireland, at Manulife Asset Management. A highly experienced sales director, Martin has almost 20 years of experience in fund management distribution in the UK, including senior roles at DB Advisors, Ignis Asset Management and Gartmore Investment. Prior to his current appointment, Michael was President, International Asset Management for Manulife Asset Management. Previous to this, he headed Manulife's investment operations in Asia (ex-Hong Kong). Before relocating to Asia, he was based in Boston, where he led the firm’s institutional spread-based business product development efforts from 2001 to 2004. Prior to joining Manulife in 2001, Michael was based in New York, London and Sydney as the head of various units of a global rating agency that covered leveraged finance and asset-backed securities.

Othman Domiati is managing director, business development, Middle East at Manulife Asset Management, responsible for sales, relationship management and distribution services. His focus is on business development across the region. Othman brings 30 years of asset management and capital markets experience to his role, having covered a number of countries across Europe and the Middle East.Prior to joining Manulife, he worked with Erste Bank, helping establish their capital markets business in the Middle East. He previously served in capital-raising roles for ECM Asset Management and Wells Fargo Asset Management, raising funds from the Middle Eastern region. On the capital markets side, Othman held positions with Merrill Lynch International, London; The Union Bank of Switzerland, London; and ABN-AMRO Bank, London. Global Chief Operating Officer and President Canada, Manulife Asset Management
Roger Renaud, CFA, is the global chief operating officer of Manulife Asset Management and president of Manulife Asset Management Canada. As global COO, Roger chairs the Global Operating Committee and, with his team, helps oversee the business to ensure the firm has the right level of connectivity and operational processes. He is also responsible for Product Innovation, Product Management, Investment Solutions, Capital Markets and Strategy, Marketing and Communications Teams across the globe. In addition, Roger leads the development and implementation of Manulife’s asset management strategy and business in Canada. Roger is a member of the Manulife Asset Management Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Manulife, Roger was president of Standard Life Investments in Canada and was a director on the board of Standard Life Canada and that of Standard Life Investment Limited, the global investment manager. Previous to his post at Standard Life Investments, he was senior vice president, group savings and retirement, at Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada and also served as vice president, sales at Standard Life Mutual Funds. Roger is a CFA charterholder.
Roger holds a B.Sc. (Actuarial Science) from Université Laval and a CFA designation. He completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Investment Division Manulife Financial
Tim is responsible for leading the global Finance and Operations teams for the Investment Division spanning Insurance General Account, Manulife Asset Management Public Markets and Private Market. In addition to the Finance and related M&A due diligence responsibilities for the Division, Tim is accountable for the implementation of a global operating model to service these businesses to enable a more customer centric operating environment, bring additional transparency and strategic insight to business leaders and provide a scalable foundation for further growth.
Previously, Tim was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management at Manulife with oversight of operational risk, economic capital and integrated risk measurement models, and company-wide risk reporting for Manulife. Prior to this, he held increasingly senior roles in Corporate Finance including Senior Vice President and Chief Accountant.
Prior to Manulife, Tim was a Director at PWC LLP in the Global Capital Markets Group (GCMG) in Toronto and London UK, where he assisted large global Financial Institutions with M&A transactions, cross border securities offerings, accounting advisory support as well as leading numerous International Financial Reporting Standards implementation projects.
Tim is an Ontario Chartered Professional Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. In 2013, he was presented the Award of Distinction from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario for career achievements and contributions to the community. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queen’s University and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Art of Time Ensemble.
